libcw6 software package provides Morse code tutor - shared library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcw6
libcw6 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcw6 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcw6 *
You will get with libcw6 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
